My name is Scott Zlateff and I am an attraction marketing coach in the network marketing industry. I was born and raised in a po-dunk little town in Washington State called Coulee Dam. It was so small when we gave directions to people we would use landmarks instead of street signs. Turn left at the big oak tree with shoe still hanging there from 2 summers ago. In fact the nearest traffic light or major shopping areas was about 90 miles away.
I always had an entrepreneurial spirit even when I was a kid with my own lawn mowing business at 12 years old. My parent would actually drive me all over town so I could service my customers.
However, after high school I ended up conforming with the masses and went to a community college in Spokane, Washington and got a degree in Graphic Design. Then out in to the work force so I could be at the mercy of every company I worked for – hahaha.
But I didn’t really make the kind of money I wanted to so I decided to start my own design firm. Well to make a long story short… that didn’t pan out but it did lead me into network marketing. You see I started to do freelance design work to make some extra money and my first client happened to be a 6-figure per month earner in network marketing.
I Decided to Build an Empire Using Attraction Marketing
I got started in that company in and within my first 2 months sponsored 12 people and continued with that company for almost 9 years. I did pretty well and learned a lot but I decided that it was not the right long-term fit for me. I decided to take the skills I had learned and build another MLM empire using Attraction Marketing principles that I had learned from industry Gurus like Mike Dillard.

My passion is to help entrepreneurs in ALL MLM COMPANIES to build their business in a way that is attractive, fun and empowering. Teaching someone the skills that they to dominate their company and FINALLY break through to the success that they’re striving for and the success that they deserve.
I now live in a suburb just outside of Spokane, Washington with my girlfriend and our 9 month old daughter.
